Matt Taibbi's latest post over at True/Slant, about GQ's decision to scrap an investigation into Vladimir Putin's possible connection to the 1999 apartment bombings in Russia, is pretty interesting.
But it's not half as entertaining as his battle in the comments section with the ridiculous "9/11 Truthers," who come out of the woodwork to not only slam Taibbi for publicly slamming them (as well as draw false-equivalencies to the story Taibbi's talking about in his post), but to offer all kinds of crackpot Alex Jonesian "facts" that supposedly prove that 9/11 was an inside job. Hilarious stuff -- particularly when Taibbi fights back.
