Listening Post

There are so many bands throughout my lifetime that I've really gotten into and have been unable to figure out why everyone in the world didn't too. Back in '97 I picked up a CD from a band called Star 69 -- their debut and only record, I think -- and I still play the hell out of it to this day.

Great alt-rock-countryish sound. Huge hooks. Gorgeous lead singer. I have no idea why they never caught on.
