So last night, South Florida was hit by heavy thunderstorms that dumped almost a foot of water on Miami Beach in a matter of a half hour or so. The rain overloaded the area's drains and caused severe flooding.
Which makes the sewer system the only thing on South Beach that can't take nine inches and swallow.
