I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for turning my wildest expectations on their head.
Dead Star Twilight has been available for only three days now, and in that short period of time more people have bought and downloaded it than I ever could've hoped for. I knew that I was taking a risk by releasing it online; thanks for confirming my faith in the power of new media and allowing me to breathe a sigh of relief.
I've said this before, but it bears repeating: I really do hope you enjoy the book.
I'm going to be taking a long weekend, but because of the e-mail response I received to the "unofficial soundtrack" I created for iTunes a few days ago, I've put together an entirely new supplementary playlist for your listening pleasure. This one is slightly more cohesive and atmospheric, and much more heartfelt, as it contains music not featured in the story but rather songs that I listened to during the tail end of the period described in Dead Star Twilight and during the writing process.
It's pretty good stuff and I hope you'll give it a listen.
See you all on Monday.
