That's very funny comedian Marc Maron, exposing his nipple while former RNC chairman Ken Mehlman -- who recently came out of the closet -- sleeps in the background.
Maron's on a flight right now, sitting next to Mehlman in first class, and is live-tweeting the whole thing.
